Hi! Love your blog. Just wanted to comment on the picture of a victim of serial killer Nikolai Dzhurmongaliev. He wasn’t Russian — he was born in the Kazakh SSR (so he was both Kazakhstani and a Soviet). He was charged with 7 murders, but is believed to have actually killed anywhere from 50 to 100.
